We’re looking for a Lead Performance Analyst who combines senior execution expertise with the ability to raise standards and strengthen team capability.

Operate as a senior performance operator within a client team and act as an operational multiplier between strategy and execution.

• Execute & optimize campaigns across paid channels (search, social, etc.)
• Support organic visibility & GEO initiatives
• Implement tracking, tagging & analytics setups
• Validate data integrity (GA, GTM, measurement stack)
• Deliver insights & reporting tied to business KPIs

• Perform QA on setups, optimizations & reporting
• Enforce naming conventions & platform standards
• Reduce errors, inconsistencies & rework loops

• Coach analysts & accelerate skill development
• Support onboarding & knowledge transfer
• Ensure consistent application of best practices
